Acceptance of Terms & Account Creation
By accessing, registering for, or using any part of the mg108 platform, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to be fully bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree with any provision herein, you are not permitted to use this platform.
To register an account on mg108, users must meet the following requirements:
- Must be at least 18 years of age at the time of registration.
- Must be legally eligible to enter into a binding contract in Malaysia.
- Must not appear on any prohibition or watchlist maintained by relevant authorities.
- Provide accurate, truthful, and up-to-date personal information during registration.
Mg108 reserves the right to decline any registration application or terminate an account without providing a reason, particularly where there are indications of fraud, false information, or a breach of terms.
Account Security & User Responsibilities
Each user is solely responsible for the security of their login credentials — including username and password. mg108 recommends using a strong, unique password and never sharing login details with any other party.
If you suspect that your account has been accessed without authorisation, you must notify our customer support team immediately. mg108 shall not be held responsible for any losses resulting from a user's failure to safeguard their account credentials.
Each user may only hold one active account. Registering multiple accounts under the same individual is strictly prohibited and may result in the termination of all associated accounts and forfeiture of any remaining balance.
Platform Usage Rules
Users are strictly prohibited from engaging in the following activities on the mg108 platform:
- Using automation software, bots, or scripts to access or interact with the platform.
- Attempting to hack, sabotage, or disrupt the platform's systems in any way.
- Engaging in any form of fraud, bonus abuse, or manipulation of the payment system.
- Using the platform for money laundering or any unlawful financial activity.
- Sharing or transferring account balances to other users without official platform approval.
The mg108 platform is provided solely for the personal entertainment of registered adult users. Users are permitted to:
- Access all available games and services within their respective account limits.
- Deposit and withdraw funds using supported payment methods in Malaysian Ringgit (RM).
- Contact customer support for any service-related enquiries or complaints.
- Access the platform from a range of compatible devices, including smartphones and computers.
Payment & Transaction Information
All transactions on the mg108 platform are conducted in MYR. Users are responsible for ensuring that their registered bank account or e-wallet details are accurate and belong to them.
Successfully processed deposits are final and non-reversible. Withdrawal requests will be processed subject to identity verification and compliance with the minimum withdrawal requirements. mg108 reserves the right to request additional verification documents before approving any withdrawal.
Should a transaction be found to have been conducted fraudulently or in breach of these terms, mg108 reserves the right to freeze the relevant funds while an investigation is carried out. Users will be notified via their registered communication channel.
Mg108 is not responsible for any fees charged by your bank or third-party payment providers on deposit or withdrawal transactions. Users should check the applicable fees directly with their payment provider.

Liability Limits & Account Suspension Policy

Mg108 does not guarantee that the platform will be free from interruptions or errors at all times. Scheduled maintenance may cause temporary downtime, and users will be notified as far in advance as reasonably possible.
Mg108 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or close any user account without prior notice in the event of a breach of these terms, suspicious activity, or upon instruction from the relevant authorities.
Users whose accounts are closed due to a breach of terms may not be eligible for a refund of any remaining balance. Users who wish to voluntarily close their account may do so by contacting customer support, subject to the settlement of all pending transactions.

Applicable Law
These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Malaysia. Any dispute arising from or in connection with these terms shall be resolved through the processes established under Malaysian jurisdiction. Users agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the relevant tribunal or court in Malaysia for the resolution of any claims.
